A. MENTORING
Generally, youth lack experience, support and guidance which can easily lead to error and frustration. This leaves the young social entrepreneurs with a serious hurdle of promoting and sustaining their ventures. Mentorship from experts and seniors in different sectors – business, development, media and marketing can educate and guide them to create the desired social impact. This can be achieved by practical, feasible and sustainable means of taking the enterprise into the path of sustainability and profit. You are invited to play this important role of mentor to our fellows.

B. OFF-SITE MENTORING
Mentoring our fellowship finalists through their business development process is one of the critical aspects of our fellowship program. Individuals with pertinent experience in business, finance and entrepreneurship development are welcome to join us in supporting this critical aspect.
Each finalist will be paired up with an off-site mentor, who will work with the finalist in their business proposal development through constant discussion, advice and monitoring of progress. The mentor will gain valuable insight into the strengths and challenges facing the Nepalese young social entrepreneur.

C. KNOWLEDGE
ChangeFusion Nepal is continuously collecting and developing its knowledge base, both online and offline, to help educate the young social entrepreneurs about successfully running their social ventures. This knowledge is imparted to the youth through capacity building workshops where your expertise would be very helpful in training the fellows. Also you may choose to support us with the venue, training cost, the course design and paradigm.

D.NETWORKS
ChangeFusion Nepal organizes several events to connect its fellows to relevant people and organizations. You can provide tremendous help by inviting ChangeFusion Nepal and/or our fellows to your events, conferences, parties, workshops or any other gatherings so that we can enter into valuable networks that are essential for future success. Additionally, you can provide financial and technical support for events such as Hakuna, Udhyami Baithak and Udhyami Bazar. Also you can directly support the fellows by linking them to the market or by buying their products.

E. ADVISORY ROLE
Any form of support you provide will contribute towards providing young social entrepreneurs with much needed opportunities to impact their business development and add to the community. Not just the fellows but ChangeFusion Nepal itself also needs much guidance in its work for Nepalese youth. Hence, your occasional advice and guidance to us will help ChangeFusion and our fellows go a long way.
